Oliver brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach to Rodell Homes. With a background as a Red Seal Instrumentation and Process Controls Tech, Oliver developed exceptional troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving. His keen attention to detail and technical expertise, honed in the industrial processing sector, have been crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of every project.

As a Project Manager in the home building industry, Oliver oversees residential construction projects. His critical thinking skills and strategic mindset enable him to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring that each project aligns with the company's high standards. Oliver's ability to bring together diverse elements of a project—from design to execution—demonstrates his leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional homes.

Winston combines a solid foundation in engineering with a refined eye for design, making him a pivotal force at Rodell Homes. As a certified residential builder, Winston also holds a Mining Engineering diploma, and Bachelors of Business Administration specializing in operations management and logistics, Winston's analytical skills and understanding of complex systems have been instrumental in his transition into residential home building. With nearly a decade of experience in project management, he has developed a keen appreciation for the design aspects of home construction.

Beyond his technical expertise, Winston has cultivated a deep passion for interior design and aesthetics. He possesses a strong understanding of spatial planning, colour theory, and material selection, ensuring that each Rodell home is not only structurally sound but also visually appealing. His design sensibility allows him to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful, reflecting the unique tastes and lifestyles of the homeowners.
